If you exceed the 50 user limit, your workspace will be restricted from adding new users. Existing users and data remain accessible, but you will need to either reduce your user count to stay within Starter limits, downgrade to the Community plan which has no user cap but comes with its limitations, or upgrade to a paid plan to continue growing without restrictions.
